Shipping and Distribution Times

For physical products, all prices include postage and orders are usually shipped within 3 days.

Digital products, such as MP3 files, are securely and instantly distributed via download links sent to your email account.

Digital Product Delivery

After purchasing a digital product, such as an MP3, please wait 5 minutes while the relevant product download link is sent to your email. If you do not receive a link within 30 minutes, check your SPAM folders.

If after one hour you still have not received your download link, email us immediately at: sales[at]departedsounds[dot]com

Payment Methods

You may use any major credit card, money orders, bank cheques or Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept direct deposit at this time.

Discounts

Mailing list subscribers are entitled to regular discount coupon offers and advance notification of new and rare releases.

Third Party Distributors

In cases where we do not have current clearance to sell particular items, choosing to buy that item will link you to the nearest reputable distributor.
